About Your Coach
“My mission has always been to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. I have been exercising most of my life and I treat my own workouts like a laboratory to better understand what works. I am always improving and learning the newest cutting edge methods and bringing them to your gym or the comfort of your own home.”
Al has a masters degree in exercise science and several certifications. He has worked as a fitness model and enjoys volunteering with senior fitness. He often attends exercise science conferences, as well as developing programs for tactical athletes ( police, fireman, military).
